Foundation 191 will offer grant funds to selected projects for the 2016-2017 school year in the Burnsville-Eagan-Savage school district. This will mark the seventh year Foundation 191 has offered grants for projects in the schools. To be considered, applications must be received by 5:00 p.m. on May 2, 2016. Applications and grant criteria are available at the Foundation website at www.foundation191.org.
Foundation 191 has awarded over $57,000 for grant projects in the school district benefitting students since the 2010-2011 school year. Grant applications have been written by teachers and staff. Examples of prior grant projects can be found on the foundation’s website.
Grant proposals should be submitted on the grant application form online or sent to Foundation 191, P.O. Box 245, Savage, MN 55378. Grant applications can also be emailed to: fieblaw@earthlink.net. Application forms can be downloaded at the Foundation 191 website at www.foundation191.org. Funding guidelines are also posted on the foundation’s website.
Foundation 191 is the education foundation of the Burnsville-Eagan-Savage school district organized to enhance, enrich and expand educational opportunities in the district.
