Foundation 191 will offer grant funds to selected projects for the 2017-2018 school year in the Burnsville-Eagan-Savage school district. This will mark the eighth year Foundation 191 has offered grants for projects in the schools. To be considered, applications must be received by 5:00 p.m. on May 8, 2016. Applications and grant criteria are available at the Foundation website at www.foundation191.org.
Foundation 191 has awarded 81 grants for projects in the school district benefitting students since the 2010-2011 school year. Grant applications have been written by teachers and staff. Examples of prior grant projects can be found on the foundation’s website.
Grant proposals should be submitted on the grant application form online or sent to Foundation 191, 200 W. Burnsville Pkwy., Suite #100, Burnsville, MN 55337. Grant applications can also be emailed to: 191foundation@gmail.com. Application forms can be downloaded at the Foundation 191 website at www.foundation191.org. Funding guidelines are posted on the Foundation’s website.
Foundation 191 is the education foundation of the Burnsville-Eagan-Savage school district organized to enhance, enrich and expand educational opportunities in the district. The volunteer organization was formed in 2005.
