2025-2026 Burnsville High School Scholarship Program Timeline

We have set a very clear and firm timeline that we are asking you to keep, or to communicate with us what your timeline is if it differs from ours. Please note: if you are using your own scholarship application, please provide a copy to the Foundation by January 6, 2023 including your due date. We will make the applications available to students through the BHS Career Center and our website.

• November 1                    Donor information sent to scholarship donors
• December 1               Donor commitment form due to Foundation 191
• January 5                       Donor specific application due (if using) to Foundation 191
• February 1                      Online application open for students to complete
• March 1                           Student application closes
• March 8                          Deadline for donor scholarship funds to be submitted

Please make checks payable to Foundation 191 and include the name of the scholarship on the memo line. Checks can be mailed to Foundation 191, 200 W. Burnsville Parkway, Suite 100, Burnsville, MN 55337.

• April 1                              Recipient selection complete
• April 1                              Names of recipients(s) due to Foundation 191 if chosen by donor
• April 12                            Scholarship presenter name(s)due to Foundation 191
• April 17                            Scholarship Award Ceremony invitations sent to students
• May 15                             Scholarship Award Ceremony & Reception at Mraz Center
